How does it work? A dental exam is preformed to help the doctor diagnose your overall oral health. You will fall into one of two categories (A or B) based on exam findings:
A) HEALTHY: You show no signs of periodontal disease (i.e. gum disease, bone loss). Qualifying plans include:
a. Child Complete (Ages 0-13)
b. Adult Complete (Ages 14+)
B) PERIO: You show signs of active periodontal disease and/or have a history of periodontal therapy.
Member benefits includes routine exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screening, full mouth panoramic x-ray, cavity-detecting X-rays, and will save you over 40%! Your membership in this plan also ensures you a reduced fee schedule for any restorative dental treatment that may be needed.
